If you don't agree with the policies of the government, you can still make your voice heard between elections in lots of ways - this could include writing to your MP or local councillor, respectful use of social media taking part in a demonstration.

Democracy is the best way we have to make fair decisions. It doesn't mean you will always like those decisions. If we don't like the policies of a government we will have the chance to vote for someone else.
